Cancellation Policy

At Saree Heritage, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order hasn't yet been shipped. To cancel, please send an email to thesareeheritage@gmail.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.
  • After 24 Hours or Once Shipped: Once 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, we're unable to process a cancellation. In such cases, you'll need to follow our Exchange and Return Policy once you receive the product.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order Items: Orders for customized or made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Saree Heritage

  • The Saree Heritage reserves the right to cancel an order for various reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Unavailability of the product.
    • Errors in pricing or product description.
    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
    • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
  • In the event that The Saree Heritage cancels an order, you'll be notified promptly via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 9-15 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
