Exchange & Return Policy

At Saree Heritage, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a saree that's with manufacturing defect or not what you ordered, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Report: Send us clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp: 9353666390 or email (sareeheritage1@gmail.com). Please include your order number in the communication.

Condition of Product: For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

Unused and Unwashed: The saree must show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Original Condition: All original tags must be attached, and the saree must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized Sarees: Sarees that have undergone customization services like blouse stitching or fall-pico are considered final sale.

Sale or Discounted Items: Products purchased during a sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your eligible return is received and verified:

We'll inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

Upon successful verification, Same selected product will be replaced

Please allow 9-15 business days for the same to be processed.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (and it meets our return eligibility criteria), you'll need to:

1. Initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) within 24 hours.
2. Once your return is processed we will dispatched the same product.

Important Notes

Product Accuracy: All sarees listed are described as accurately as possible in terms of fabric, colour, size, and design.

Colour Variation: Slight variations in colour may occur due to factors like lighting during photography, different screen resolutions, and individual monitor settings. These are not considered defects.

Order Availability: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Saree Heritage reserves the right to cancel or modify an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock limitations or technical issues.
