At Saree Heritage, we aim to deliver your beautiful sarees to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 3-7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location. Remote areas might take longer.
Shipping Charges:
Standard Shipping: Bill below 1000, a flat rate of INR 200 per order.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above INR 5,000
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes with an additional charge of INR 50. Maximum COD order value is INR 10,000
International Shipping
Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check if your country is eligible at checkout.
Processing Time: International orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Time: International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services, generally ranging from 7-21 business days.
Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Declaration: We declare the actual value of the items on customs forms.
General Shipping Information
Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services for reliable delivery.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or lost shipments. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
